The default delivery method is the letter followed.
Other mode of sending at the customer's request: If the customer wishes another mode of sending, the customer must let us know by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Delivery time: the shipment will be generated 2 to 3 working days after receipt of payment.
In order to guarantee the indicated delivery time, we invite you to fill in all the information relating to the delivery, in particular the exact delivery address as well as any possible access code to the delivery address.
Delivery costs: The delivery costs are indicated in the summary of the order according to the volume and weight of the items shipped.
Outside of France
The delivery method outside France is by international letter followed according to the weight of the shipment.
For any request to send by another shipping method, the customer must make the request by email: email@example.com. A shipping quote will be sent along with a payment link to the customer. The shipment will be generated once the payment has been made.
For any complaint about a product, please send an email to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org specifying the subject of your request to be returned within a maximum of 7 working days.
In the case of a defective product, the refund will be made upon receipt of the product. In the event of dissatisfaction, a credit will be granted for the amount of the product on condition that the latter is returned as well as its packaging in perfect condition.
